We offer a limited number of places for expert foaling down.

Two large 5m x 10m fully enclosed, rubber-lined, soft bedded stables provide a safe environment for your new foal to come into the world. Post foaling yards, grassed and enclosed with foal-safe Horse Rail fencing, are available for the mare and foal once they’re ready to stretch their legs outside.  A crush located within the stable complex, makes pre/post foaling procedures that may be necessary, safe for horses and handlers.

We supervise all foalings to ensure a safe delivery and a healthy outcome. All mares are fitted with foaling alarms and close attention is given to pre-foaling signs. The majority of mares do not experience any difficulty giving birth, but with the small percentage that do require assistance, a quick response can ensure a good outcome. We’re located only 15 minutes from specialist equine vets, Murray Veterinary Services that provide a 24 hr call out service.

Expert care is taken of your special friend and you can rest assured knowing that your horse is happy, healthy and under daily supervision. Located only 15 minutes from Murray Vets (Specialist Equine Practice), with access to other quality services including farrier and body work treatments.

Facilities:

• Large acre pasture paddocks with quality electric and horse mesh fencing.
• Purpose built stable complex comprising:
• Six 10m x 5m walk in walk out stables.
• Two fully enclosed 5m x 10m stables for mares and foals.
• Three overnight yards;
• Three grass day yards;
• Two hot and cold wash down/tie up bays.
• Separate tack and feed rooms
• Crush

Long and short term agistment is available for all ages, sizes and levels of care.
